Talofa Falealili, ma le vaega

I never went to University to learn the Samoan language, and never will be. I am not saying Iknow it all, as I/we are continiously learning it.

Got the basics from the toeai'ina(s) - at the faleo'o, like you and Felix maybe, as far back as a little child while looking after their lagitatau-malofie. Later when I got mine done, the old wise men used to say, "ia toulu atu pa'u o lau pea, ua ulu le agaga male aganu'u Samoa i lou loto ma lou tino" also "ta muamua le patua faatoa ta ai le auvae".

The lafolafo and interpertation skills were picked up from these guys - as some of these well known orators I had the previlege to be part of their autata, family, and their gopher from an early age.

We are off the topuic here, but good luck you guys on your debate/show.

Vili, Felix, me, and others - my fellow surfers; tautuana ma tatou, e mau e faalele, mau e maitau. Ae leai lava se mea e leai sona aoga...
alo ia i le lape, ae sei ou matamata, mai lalo o le pua la e tu mai i le paema'a la i gauta.
